Open Swim Sessions
Unstructured time in the pool to swim at your own pace. Perfect for practicing techniques, building endurance, or simply enjoying the water. Sessions available mornings and evenings throughout the week.
Water Aerobics Classes
Instructor-led group fitness in the water combining cardio, strength, and flexibility work. All movements are low-impact and modifications are available for every fitness level. Classes run twice weekly for 45 minutes each.
Master Swimmer Meetups
Connect with experienced swimmers in your age group for coached workouts and social swim time. These meetups happen monthly and welcome swimmers of all competitive backgrounds—whether you swam in college or just picked it up recently.
Low-Impact Aquatic Exercise
Specialized programs for those managing joint concerns, arthritis, or recovering from injury. Water-based resistance training uses buoyancy to reduce stress on joints while building strength and mobility. Personalized guidance available upon request.
